1. Brief & Office Site Survey
Our process begins by understanding the requirements and objectives of your project. This will include budget, vision, timeline and most importantly specific project requirements. Should no drawings of your existing or proposed space exist, at this stage we will undertake a site survey so that we can digitise your workspace.
2. Concept
Our in-house design team will take your vision, budget, timeline and requirements to formulate an initial concept. Preliminary floorplans and look/feel documents are presented to help you visualise the direction of your design.
3. Interior Design Development
Once we have perfected your concept, we will flesh this out into a fully detailed design. This includes detailed floorplans, 3D visuals, furniture selections, lighting and material specifications, as well as colour schemes and finishing items.
At this stage, the design pack is passed to our in-house team of estimators who will create a quotation for your project which is then presented.
4. Delivery
On quotation acceptance and design pack sign-off, your project is passed to our in-house construction team who take your project forward and through to reality. With regular internal meetings, our design team stay in the loop right the way through the project.
5. Handover & Aftercare
At the end of the project, we will undergo a handover process whereby we arm you with all the info you need to operate your new space. This may be how to clean a certain material or how to operate your new hot tap. To aid in this, we will provide you with a full O&M document, along with relevant drawings and certifications required.
