Their existing layout lacked optimal functionality, hindering smooth workflow and collaboration. Moreover, the dated design failed to inspire creativity and didn’t align with the company’s forward-thinking ethos.

This meant some areas couldn’t be worked on at certain times. The solution implemented by Avent Interiors was for some of the work to be undertaken at ‘out of hours’ times, usually early in the morning.
Another unique challenge posed by this project was the deadline on, specifically, the ‘Clean Room’. The ‘Clean Room’ was being developed to house a specific machine, which needed to be complete before the machine arrived, which was a short deadline.

Avent Interiors seamlessly integrated various design elements into the new office & production spaces. This included the use of non-slip vinyl, which was deployed in the new production areas. This was to comply with health and safety standards. The introduction of office partitions created dynamic work zones, fostering collaboration while allowing for individual focus. Given the specialist field Consumable Solutions work in, ‘White Rock’ cladding needed to be the chosen finish. ‘White Rock’ is a PVC wall cladding solution that is the hygienic alternative to tiles; it is impact-resistant, grout-free, and easy to clean. This finish was a must for Consumable Solutions.

Once the team completed the project, Consumable Solutions had a brand-new workspace. Avent Interiors crafted this new workspace with an emphasis on expert space planning. This provided the best possible layout. This in turn helped maximise productivity. The completed project also featured a custom-made area to house specific machinery. This area featured all the industry-appropriate finishes used throughout the project, such as ‘White Rock’ cladding.
