Project Goals and Requirements

Specific requirements included high-quality flooring, soundproof movable walls and full-height glass partitions in the front office area. Solution and Implementation
The Avent Interiors team approached Squarcle’s fit out with careful attention to balancing both the aesthetic and functional needs of the space. Flooring preparation involved buffing and smoothing, followed by applying an acryloc primer and a 3mm smoothing compound latex for a seamless finish. IVC 55 Verdon 24280 flooring was selected to be installed in a straight lay pattern for its durability and visual appeal. The Interface Works Flow carpet in charcoal was installed in partitioned areas to add a sleek, professional touch. All flooring was meticulously trimmed with PVC and aluminium trims for a polished look.
When it came to partitioning, Avent Interiors installed two Type 100 Movable Walls; this provided flexibility to the area by allowing the space to be utilised in 2 different ways. The movable walls, comprising of aluminium-framed panels with back-painted, glazed telescopic elements, create adaptable spaces that maximise privacy and control sound transmission. The installation included a top-supported track for a floor-free setup, allowing Squarcle to reconfigure the space as needed.
In the front office, Avent Interiors installed 5 linear meters of full-height glass partitions using 12.8mm acoustic laminated glass to maintain visual openness while enhancing sound isolation. Two slimline frames with 12mm toughened glass doors and hydraulic hinges were incorporated, adding an elegant touch to the front office and meeting area. Pull handles in a satin stainless-steel finish complete the look, ensuring both durability and style.
