Solution and Implementation

Glazing and Partitioning: Partitioning, which included both glazed and solid sections, was installed. The 12-point 8mm acoustic laminate glass with polished edges used for the glass partitions ensured sound insulation while preserving a sleek contemporary appearance. The elegant and practical design was finished with full-height glazed doors and brushed satin stainless ironmongery.
Electrical and Lighting Work: Wi-Fi printers and other necessary devices were supported by carefully positioned data and power outlets. Installation of the Kitchen: A Howdens Clerkenwell handleless kitchen with a white metro tile backsplash and a mid-range laminate worktop was installed. Installing integrated appliances (microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator) maximised space efficiency, and plumbing work included a water heater and Saniflo system which provide hot water with little environmental impact.
Flooring: In high-traffic areas, non-slip vinyl and luxury vinyl tiles in a herringbone pattern were installed for a functional yet fashionable finish. To ensure comfort and reduce noise, specific tiles were used in the carpeted areas. Every section was meticulously cut and sealed to create a polished and unified appearance.
