It’s been another brilliant month here at Avent Interiors as we head toward the start of Q4. Not only have we confirmed our place at Selling South 2025 and welcomed some new faces, but we continue to make some amazing progress across our sites.
Avent Interiors at Selling South 2025
We are delighted to announce that Avent Interiors will be sponsoring and exhibiting at Selling South 2025. The debut year for one of the largest sales and training conferences in the South West. This year it’s being held at Ashton Gate on Friday 3rd October.
Hosted by Sunjay Singh of Life Media and Lambardar Marketing, the event is a mix of incredible speakers, keynote discussions and networking opportunities. The main event is a talk from England Rugby legend Sir Clive Woodward who famously led the England team to victory in the 2003 Rugby World Cup – transforming them from world number six to world number one.
A renowned speaker, Clive delivers thought-provoking, engaging and entertaining keynotes which blend practical tools with compelling video insights from his career as a businessman, athlete and coach — crafted to inspire, motivate and challenge.
At Avent Interiors we optimise space for businesses to perform from. Selling South resonated with us for this exact point. Just as Selling South equips teams with knowledge, we equip teams with incredible spaces to thrive from.
As mentioned we are sponsoring the event but also exhibiting so make sure to come down and say “hi” to Beth, Joe or Otto at our booth. We’re excited to be part of what promises to be a fantastic day of learning, sharing, and connection with some of the South West’s most forward-thinking businesses.
New Faces at Avent Interiors
At Avent Interiors, our people are at the heart of everything we do. Every project we deliver depends on the skill, energy, and dedication of our employed labour. This month we were pleased to introduce two new members to our install team. They have already been showcasing their skills across various sites.
Jacob – A skilled carpenter with over 10 years’ experience and a passion for what he does. Jacob has really hit the ground running with us and has already been working on various refurbishment projects. Not just good with his hands on site, Jacob is also a keen boxer. He takes any opportunity he can to develop his skills further.
Tony – An experienced painter and decorator who brings both technical know-how and a steady hand to the team. With over 35 years in the trade Tony knows how to deliver finishes which stand the test of time. We are especially proud to welcome Tony to the team because he’s a proud fan of the only team in Bristol, Rovers.
Both Jacob and Tony have already made a great impression, bringing with them not just strong technical ability but also the positive attitude and team spirit that are so important to the way we work. We’re looking forward to seeing the contribution they’ll make on site and the value they’ll add to our future projects.
Fit Out Project, Technology Client – Update
Work is progressing rapidly at our Westbury office fit out project in Wiltshire.
Since our last update, several key milestones have been achieved:
- Ground floor AC installation and open plan unit setup was completed in early September, laying the foundations for a comfortable and efficient working environment.
- Installation of the glass track along with toilet flooring works took place across the first week. This helped ensure both functionality and a quality finish in key areas.
- We’ve commenced carpentry works including doors, frames, and skirting.
- Our decorators have begun painting partitions on the ground floor and first floor, while the second fix electrics and first fix toilet works have been completed with the second fix toilet works to start early October
Looking ahead, the programme shows a busy few weeks on site:
- Completion of painting and decorating throughout the building.
- Glass partition installation which is scheduled in early October.
- Timber slat walling installation in mid-October, providing both a stylish and functional design feature.
- Final touches such as folding partitions and kitchen completion, bringing the project into its final phase.
With so many trades now working in tandem, the space is quickly coming together. It’s already starting to reflect the design intent. The next few weeks will be about detail, finish, and preparing the building to hand over to the client.
