We are pleased to announce a pivotable change in our leadership team here at Avent Interiors, with Otto Avent officially stepping into the role of Managing Director, after nearly 7 years as our Commercial Director.
From Humble Beginnings to Industry Leader
This change is the beginning of the next chapter of a fantastic journey that started in 2007, when our founder, Mark Avent, set out to build something of his own. Starting out as a one man band, Bristol-based partitioning and ceilings sub-contractor; we have grown into one of the most well-respected and trusted names in office fit out and refurbishment in the South West.
Recognising Mark’s Legacy
Mark has contributed significant amounts of time, effort and passion to make Avent Interiors the client-focussed, quality-driven company it is today. From physically building partitions for clients to building a team to be proud of, his impact has been huge. Mark will continue to actively meet clients and estimate projects just with a few more games of pools and a bit more sleep mixed in!
Otto’s Journey to Managing Director
From designing our first ‘Avent Interiors’ logo as a teenager, to leading on our biggest projects, Otto’s journey with Avent Interiors has been equally as impressive.
Officially joining the company in 2016, Otto has wore many hats within the business and has undertaken practically every task you could possibly imagine in his time. From client surveys, to preparing health & safety packs, to leading the charge on our re-brand. There aren’t many things he hasn’t done here.
His leadership in expanding our businesses offering, growing our fantastic team and overhauling business processes to name just a few; ultimately has taken us to new heights including our best year on record in 2024.
We’re excited to take this next step on our journey and look forward to the future with Otto at the helm after a successful re-brand and business re-structure.
